To make a withdrawal from the RSP, the Annuitant must contact the RSP Trustee, Computershare Trust Company of Canada, in writing, addressed to:

The Annuitant is required to liquidate the assets in the Plan no later than the end of the calendar year in which the Annuitant attains age 71.

1. Withdrawal of Bonds
   Bonds may be withdrawn and transferred in kind at any time by written request, except during the fifteen days immediately preceding any redemption date.
2. Withdrawal of Cash
   To accommodate a cash withdrawal, the Trustee must redeem Ontario Savings Bonds on the next JUNE 21 or DECEMBER 21 Redemption Date. The written request stipulating which Bonds are to be redeemed, must be received by the Trustee up to 14 days after the redemption date and must be post-marked no later than JULY 5th of current year. If this date falls on a weekend, the written request must be received on following business day after July 5th, of current year. Payment to the Annuitant will be made within five business days of receipt of the redemption request. Withholding Tax will be withheld from any RSP withdrawal at the appropriate rate.
3. Transfer to another RRSP or RRIF Fund
   A written request to transfer the proceeds of the OSB RSP to another registered retirement savings plan or registered retirement income fund for which the Annuitant is the annuitant should be directed to the Trustee.
